"Coco should go out"

There it goes again.
It surprises me.
It hasn't gone through my head in months.
It doesn't hurt as much this time.
But it still stings.
It's no longer like a knife stabbing into my lungs, but more like getting lemon in a paper cut you forgot was there.
As quickly as it comes, it's gone.
But it still sits in my mind all day.
